Eligibility Criteria of LIC AAO
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 21 years (completed)
- Maximum: 30 years
- Born between 02 August 1995 and 01 August 2004 (both days inclusive)
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD (Gen): +10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): +15 years
- PwBD (OBC): +13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per rules
- Confirmed LIC employees: +5 years
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university/institution.
- Degree result must be declared on or before 01 August 2025.

Salary And Benefits:
- Basic Pay: ₹88,635/month in the pay scale ₹88,635–4,385(14)–1,50,025–4,750(4)–1,69,025

Selection Process:
Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) will be done through a three-tiered process involving Preliminary Exam, Main and Interview and Pre-recruitment Medical examination.
Phase I – Preliminary Examination
- 1: There will be No negative marks.
- 2: Preliminary Examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online.
- 3: Candidates will be qualify in each of the sections separately.
- 4: Separate time each section.
