What is UP Scholarship Scheme?
UP Scholarship is a state sponsored program aimed at providing financial assistance to the students who economically weaker within the state. It is provide by the Social Welfare Department Of Uttar Pradesh.
Types Of UP Scholarship
There are three types of up scholarship
- Pre-Matric Scholarship: Pre-Matric scholarship is basically for class 9th and 10th students, this scholarship supports those at the study in secondary education.
- Post-Matric Scholarship: Post-matric scholarship is design for the students who study in class 11th and 12th.
- Post-Matric Other Than Inter: This scholarship is design for students who pursuing higher education beyond class 12th in undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, or technical courses in recognized institution.
What is benefits
Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Provide financial assistance to pre-matric students rupees 2500 to 3000 within one year, post-matric students also given by govt. rupees 2700 to 3200 and Post-Matric Other Than Inter undergraduate, diploma and technical students also provide according to course of students pursuing amount can be vary 5,000 to 80,000 rupees depending on fee and expenses.
